24/7’s leadership is led by D.P a security professional from Israel with an established reputation in the international security business that will personally oversee, train and provide consulting services for 24/7 clients.

24/7 supervisors are experienced individuals who have exceeded basic security training requirements, have supervisory training, and demonstrated leadership skills. Based on a short span of control, supervisors take a proactive approach to ensure security standards are met at the work place site. Post orders are completed for each job site and are used to measure the security performance by the guards. Training is another key responsibility for supervisors. Supervisors conduct random inspections to make sure guards maintain high levels of proficiency. Retraining of guards as necessary is also provided by supervisors.
